Event Descriptions
The real estate market is considered to have gone through the most difficult period. Overall, the current market is still difficult, but experts believe that the level of difficulty tends to diminish over time. The optimistic signs about the market recovery in 2024 can be seen but the market is always mixed with challenges and opportunities. What should the business do at this time? Join EuroCham’s Business Luncheon “Vietnam Real Estate Market Outlook in 2024” to get a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market in Viet Nam.
Key talking points:
•An overview of the key factors impacting the real estate sector.
•A detailed look at the 3 key factors (macro-economy, legal and policy aspects, and R.E. finance), given the time limit.
•Some implications for businesses and the market.
•What are the similarities and differences between Northern Market and Southern Market?
•What legal procedures (Eg: Vietnamese Land Law, Law on Real Estate Trading and the Law on Housing) affect the real estate market?
•Forecast Vietnam real estate market in 2024- 2026. Will 2024 – 2026 bring opportunities for the real estate market?
