Size of company: Company fulfills 1 or more of the following conditions:
- Has more than 500 employees in Vietnam; or
- More than 1,000 employees globally; or
- Has operations in more than 5 countries
- Is established under the laws of any EU Member State
- Is a majority-owned subsidiary of company established under the laws of any EU Member State
- Has substantial ties to the EU
- No voting right
- A Large enterprise (LE) Corporate member is entitled to nominate 4 Representatives who will receive Membership Cards
- NB: Representative offices are judged by their mother company structure and not by their own size in Vietnam
