1. PRIME MINISTER’S ADVISORY COUNCIL OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES REFORM (ACAPR)

a. Decree amending a number of regulations related to business investment conditions under the State management of the Ministry of Health [ Draft Decree in VNE | ENG]

b. Decree amending a number of regulations related to business investment conditions under the State management of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development [ Draft Decree in VNE | ENG]
Deadline to send to ACAPR: 9th May and ACAPR will work further to coordinate with MOH and MARD

2. MINISTRY OF HEALTH

a. Draft Circular promulgating the list of domestically manufactured pharmaceuticals meeting the requirements on treatment, drug prices and supply capacity. This Circular amends and supplements Circular 10/2016/TT-BYT.

3. Vietnam Business Forum

a. Agenda (tentative) of Mid-term Vietnam Business Forum
Deadline for inputs to Eurocham: Wednesday 9th May 2018, to VBF: Friday 11th May
b. The Ministry of Education and Training (“MOET”) is reviewing the Law on Education and Law on Higher Education in which policies on non-public educational institutions are widespread concern of both domestic and FDI investors in area of education.
Comments should focus on international experience, practical operation, proposing the adjustment of the policy for non-public educational institutions and other issues. [ VNE | ENG ]
Deadline for inputs to VBF is Thursday, 10th May.
