Michel Cassagnes, Chairman of EuroCham’s Construction Sector Committee, together with Van Nguyen, Head of EuroCham’s Hanoi Office and External Relations Manager, met with Do Nguyet Anh, Deputy Director of the Ministry of Construction’s International Cooperation Department (ICD) on Wednesday, 17 April 2024.

A key topic of discussion was a proposed Memorandum of Understanding aimed at bolstering joint efforts in the sector. EuroCham also invited the ICD to participate in our Tall Building Forum 2024, scheduled for 28 May in HCMC.
