As Vietnam continues to strengthen its position as a strategic destination for global investment and international business expansion, the demand for a highly skilled, globally competitive workforce has become more pressing than ever. International businesses are seeking talent with strong technical expertise, adaptability, digital skills, and cross-cultural competencies, while universities are under increasing pressure to ensure graduates are industry-ready.

EuroCham Vietnam, in collaboration with VinUniversity, is organising a Campus Tour, followed by the seminar on Future Workforce Planning: Preparing Vietnam’s Talent for Global Business. The programme will provide participants with an opportunity to experience VinUniversity’s world-class learning environment while bringing together business leaders and academic representatives to exchange perspectives on developing talent for an increasingly competitive global economy.

The programme will explore:

• Workforce readiness and the skills gap in Vietnam’s evolving economy.
• Employer expectations for future graduates, including technical, digital, and leadership competencies.
• Opportunities to strengthen university–industry collaboration through curriculum innovation, practical learning, and corporate engagement.
• Building partnerships between EuroCham members, VinUniversity, and the wider Vingroup ecosystem to develop globally competitive talent.

Ticket (including transportation and lunch):

• Non-members: 550,000 VND/pax
