[HCMC] Membership Officer

EuroCham Vietnam is currently looking for Membership Officer, based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Main Duties and Key Performance Indicators:

• Drive membership growth by identifying, targeting, and recruiting new members, while ensuring a seamless onboarding and orientation experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with EuroCham members, proactively enhancing engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction with EuroCham’s activities and services.

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of all membership-related communications and materials across channels.

• Manage of the membership database and CRM system, including the online membership directory and membership-related landing pages.

• Support the development and enhancement of digital platforms such as the Member Gateway and SME Support Desk.

• Manage new member enrolment and membership renewals in close coordination with the Finance Department and eight (08) Affiliated Business Associations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Monitor, analyse, and report on key membership metrics, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
