Recently, the dialogue between the customs authorities and the import-export business community has been received much attention and regularly implemented by the Ministry of Finance, General Department of Customs of Vietnam, thereby solving many difficulties for businesses in import-export activities.
In order to have a basis for evaluating and reviewing the implementation of dialogues and improve this process in the coming time, all comments and recommendations on the issue can be sent to General Department of Customs by filling in the survey on “Satisfaction level with dialogues between associations/enterprises and customs authorities”.
