The dialogue also welcomed 400 businesses, associations, and experts in import-expert & logistics.
In his speech, EuroCham Vice-Chair Jean-Jacques Bouflet expressed the chamber’s appreciation for Regional Customs Branch II for the continued support of the business community. Evidently, the Customs Authority has incorporated business suggestions into recent policy updates, which are well-received. EuroCham and our members value the progress made in customs modernisation, digital transformation, and administrative reform, which have improved transparency and trade facilitation.

Mr. Bouflet also emphasised that European businesses remain committed to investing in Vietnam and look forward to a customs system that is transparent, predictable, and efficient. EuroCham believes that continued public-private dialogue is essential to addressing practical challenges and strengthening Vietnam’s competitiveness. We remain committed to working closely with Customs authorities to support sustainable economic growth and Vietnam’s international integration.
