This exclusive Breakfast Talk brings together senior business and leaders to explore how personality insights and leadership science can help develop high-performing teams, enhance engagement, and support sustainable business growth. In this context, EuroCham Vietnam, in collaboration with Talent Assessments Vietnam, organises a Breakfast Talk under the theme: “Rethinking Leadership in a BANI World: Driving High-Performance Teams for Sustainable Business Growth.”

  • Allison Howell
    Allison Howell
    CEO, Hogan Assessments

    Allison Howell is the Chief Executive Officer at Hogan Assessments, where she leads the company’s global strategy, product innovation, and market growth. She is responsible for advancing Hogan’s mission to deliver scientifically rigorous, ethical, and impactful personality assessments that support better talent decisions worldwide.
    She brings more than a decade of experience at Hogan, having joined the company in 2014 and held roles including market researcher, global brand strategist, senior director of marketing, and vice president of market innovation.
    With a background in corporate communications, marketing, and HR, Allison has worked across both enterprise environments and boutique consulting firms. Bilingual in English and French, she has led global training and development initiatives across five continents and worked with organizations such as Bic, Coca-Cola European Partners, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, as well as governmental and nonprofit institutions.
    Allison holds a master’s degree in Science Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and served as an adjunct professor at CELSA Université Paris-Sorbonne, where she taught corporate communication, risk communication, and social marketing.

  • Krista Pederson
    Krista Pederson
    Managing Director of Hogan Asia-Pacific

    Krista Pederson is the Managing Director for Asia-Pacific at Hogan Assessments, with over 20 years of experience in international business and fluency in Mandarin. She is currently focusing on business development and expanding Hogan’s brand presence across Asia, overseeing 14 markets and supporting 12 distributors across the region in thought leadership, client development, product support, and solutions implementation.
    She represents Hogan at numerous international conferences such as the Association of Test Publishers (ATP), Assessment Innovation Conference, the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP) in Japan, and the DDI Conference in Shanghai, as well as many regional distributor and client events annually. Krista also collaborates closely with Hogan’s Data Science team to localize assessment reports to different cultures and has contributed to translating and culturally adapting Hogan assessments.
    She recently co-designed and launched Hogan’s Global Leader Effectiveness Study (GLES), a global survey on leadership effectiveness, and has shaped Hogan’s point of view on cross-cultural leadership.
    She was appointed Chairperson of the Asia Association of Test Publishers Steering Board (AATP) after 8 years of contribution and served as Chair through 2025. Over her 10-year tenure, she has led key initiatives including organizing major regional conferences across Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Sanya (Hainan).
    Krista is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Change (ODC) at Fielding Graduate University, where she also earned her Master’s degree. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Humanities & Arts from Baylor University and received an Honors Certificate from Tsinghua University.
