Air France-KLM celebrate opening of refurbished office in Ho Chi Minh City

Ho Chi Minh City, February 18th, 2019, Air France-KLM unveiled its refurbished office in downtown Ho Chi Minh City. The office houses its commercial business and a sales and ticketing office.

Delphine Buglio, Country Manager Vietnam said: "Our office is inspired by the chic and elegant designs of the Air France ticket offices in France. The new interior aims to put the customer first in a design reflecting the Air France look and feel".

Redesigned spaces to highlight Air France’s caring attitude

The renovated ticket office has completely redesigned areas with different themes such as:A welcoming sales area including a private alcove for SkyPriority customers.

A comfortable lounge where inspirational ‘Travel by Air France’ destination videos are shown to give visitors the feeling they have already arrived at their destination.

Promotional offers celebrating the new Air France office

To invite customers to visit the renovated ticketing office, Air France-KLM have organized a number of promotions between 12 February – 12 March, 2019 at both ticketing offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. For every ticket purchased at those ticketing offices customers will enjoy a complimentary service fee. In addition every customer will receive an Air France-KLM gift and can participate in the lucky draw to win a pair of return tickets to Paris or other attractive prizes.
