[Corporate Partner] Sanofi Vietnam inaugurated the new world-class headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City

June 20, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City, Sanofi, a leading global pharmaceutical company, today unveiled the 2 new contemporary headquarters in the center of Ho Chi Minh City for its Biopharma & Consumer Healthcare businesses. This milestone marked a significant step toward creating the culture in accordance with the global strategy and its development path in Vietnam.

The inauguration ceremony was witnessed by the Sanofi Vietnam board of directors, representatives from the French Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City, the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham), media partners, and all Sanofi employees.

The workspace at the new Sanofi Vietnam headquarters boldly follows the WELL Building Standard, an international standard that put people’s health and wellness at the center. Adhering to scientific criteria for air quality and lighting, the workspace pioneers in delivering the next generation working experience and creating an optimal environment for professional development and mental well-being of employees.

The office embraces the Activity Based Working (ABW) model, eliminating traditional partitions and private rooms to promote equality and encourage interaction among members and across departments. Hence, employees are empowered to choose their workspace according to their individual preferences and job requirements. This flexibility extends to Sanofi’s existing remote work policy, empowering employees with greater autonomy and work-life balance.

Furthermore, Sanofi demonstrates our strong commitment to diversity and inclusion by designing a workspace that ensures comfort and accessibility for all employees, including those with disabilities. The establishment of this new office is also the first step that aligns with the group’s intention to separate CHC by quarter 4 of 2024 at the earliest.
