EuroCham addresses attendees at AmCham’s green transition conference

EuroCham Vietnam’s Central Vietnam delegate, José Sánchez Barroso, spoke to over 120 attendees at the “Green Transition for Economy Prosperity: Future for the East-West Corridor” conference hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Hue on 8 November. In his capacity as the Honorary Consul of Spain in Danang, Mr. Barroso delivered an impactful speech, shedding light on EuroCham’s mission and achievements, notably the resounding success of the Green Economy Forum (GEF) 2023, and the exciting prospects of the upcoming Green Economy Forum & Exhibition (GEFE) 2024, scheduled to be hosted by EuroCham in November 2024 in southern Vietnam.

Stuart Livesey, Board Member of EuroCham, also participated in a panel discussion on “Strategies and Preparedness for the Energy Transition.” Representing Copenhagen Offshore Partners and La Gan Wind, Mr. Livesey shared valuable insights and expertise on navigating the challenges and opportunities associated with the transition to cleaner and more sustainable energy sources.
