On 27 November 2024, the SEA IP SME Helpdesk, an initiative of the European Commission implemented by EuroCham Vietnam, conducted an engaging training session at EuroCham’s Ho Chi Minh City office. The session catered to a Polish delegation, including four SMEs and the Pomeranian Development Agency, and was organised in collaboration with the Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce (CEEC).
IP Advisor Benoît Tardy, representing the SEA IP SME Helpdesk, provided an in-depth presentation on intellectual property rights (IPR) in Vietnam. He offered practical tips for safeguarding intangible assets, addressing the unique challenges and opportunities Polish businesses might encounter when entering the Vietnamese market.
The event also featured insights from CEEC representatives, including Executive Director Monika Jurzak and Board Member Tatiana Masalska-Laska, who shared an overview of Vietnam’s economic landscape and CEEC’s role in fostering partnerships between Poland and Vietnam.
This training underscored the growing collaboration between Vietnam and Poland, highlighting opportunities for knowledge exchange and sustainable business growth.
