On Thursday, 19 September, EuroCham met with the Investment & Trade Promotion Centre of Ho Chi Minh City (ITPC) to discuss ways ITPC can support the promotion of EuroCham Vietnam Green Economy Forum & Exhibition (GEFE) 2024, taking place from 21-23 October 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City. The meeting was attended by Mr. Dominik Meichle, Chairman of EuroCham, and Ms. Cao Thi Phi Van, Deputy Director of ITPC.
During the meeting, several key areas were emphasised. ITPC and EuroCham discussed avenues to support GEFE, leveraging ITPC’s extensive network and targeting Vietnamese businesses in Ho Chi Minh City and in nearby industrial parks. This strategic outreach is aimed at encouraging participation from local businesses and enhancing awareness of the event with the broader business community.
