EuroCham Receives Certificate of Merit from the Minister, Chairman of the Office of the Government

DECISION
On awarding Certificates of Merit from Minister, Chairman of the Office of the Government

Pursuant to the Law on Emulation and Commendation (26th November, 2003) and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles on the Emulation and Commendation Law (promulgated on 14th June, 2005 and 16th November, 2013);
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.91/2017/ND-CP (31st July, 2017) detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.150/2016/ND-CP (11st November, 2016) defining the functions, duties and organisational structure of the Office of the Government;
At the proposal of Director of the Administrative Procedures Control Agency and Director of Department of Personnel and Organisation,
 
DECIDES:

Article 1. To award Certificates of Merit from the Minister, Chairman of the Office of the Government to 7 members of the Prime Minister’s Advisory Council for Administrative Procedures Reform (ACAPR) who have made positive and effective contributions to the common activities in 2018 (as attached).
Article 2. Reward to be provided in accordance with Article 73 of the Government’s Decree No.91/2017/ND-CP (31st July, 2017).
Article 3. Directors of Department of Personnel and Organisation, Department of Financial Planning, Department of Administration and organisations listed in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this decision from the date of signing.
