EuroCham representative presented at the Conference EVFTA: Opportunities to attract investment in industries in Vietnam organised by VIETTRADE
On 20th December, EuroCham representative delivered an insightful presentation at the Conference “EVFTA: Opportunities to attract investment in industries in Vietnam” which was organised by VIETTRADE – under Ministry of Industry and Trade.
During his presentation, Mr. Boris Gueudin EuroCham Board member highlighted EuroCham’s activities toward EVFTA prospects. Its recent Business Climate Index results indicated that European business community uphold positive view on Vietnamese market given their expectation on EVFTA implementation. He also pointed out the opportunities and challenges it may bring to EU businesses in Vietnam, specifically in food & agriculture, green growth, mobility and nutritional products, pharmaceuticals. EuroCham expressed its willingness in cooperation with Viettrade as well as MOIT other institutions to promote the potential benefits from EVFTA.
