On Wednesday, 2 April, the opening ceremony of Vietnam Expo 2025 was held in Hanoi. The event welcomed distinguished guests including Vice Minister of Industry and Trade Mr. Nguyen Sinh Nhat Tan; Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ben Tre Mr. Tran Ngoc Tam; Vice Chairman of VCCI Mr. Bui Trung Nghia; and Director General of VIETRADE Mr. Vu Ba Phu. Attending on behalf of EuroCham Vietnam was Secretary General Mrs. Simonetta Di Domenico.
Hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, directed by the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE), and organised by VINEXAD JSC, the Vietnam Expo has been running annually since 1991.
A trusted platform for international trade
This year, the expo showcases 400 businesses from 18 countries and territories. The 34th edition of Vietnam Expo continues to gain recognition and trust from international trade organisations from Algeria, Cambodia, Belarus, Cuba, the Republic of Korea, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, and China to showcase their national products.
Besides international pavilions and the Vietnam export and investment promotion zone, Vietnam Expo 2025 features diverse industries with dedicated areas for electronics, machinery, supporting industries, digital technology, e-commerce, agriculture, food, and beverages.
The four-day event also features high-level forums, seminars on green transformation, and a robust online B2B matchmaking program.
