On 23 July 2025, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) hosted the event “Leading Green: Leader’s Night Out for Sustainability” in Ho Chi Minh City. The event brought together thought leaders, industry professionals, and sustainability advocates for an evening of dialogue and networking, among whom were:

Mr. Jonathan Sourintha, Vice-Chair of EuroCham’s Green Growth Sector Committee (GGSC) and Co-Chair of its Circular Economy Working Group, was invited as a panellist in the featured discussion “Sustainability Talks” He contributed insights across four key areas:
- The evolving role of finance and accounting in driving corporate sustainability and the emerging opportunities for professionals in the sector.
- Practical implementation of sustainable strategies and technologies, drawing from real-world case studies.
- Challenges and advancements in traditionally carbon-intensive industries, offering a realistic perspective on the path to decarbonisation.
- The broader policy and business landscape, highlighting how collaborative initiatives and supportive regulation can accelerate green transformation.
The event reinforced the growing importance of integrating sustainability into core business and finance functions, and the need for active dialogue between sectors to drive systemic change.
