On 22 August 2023, EuroCham and Decision Lab organized a business luncheon in Hanoi on “Financial Trends 2023: Winning financial consumers during uncertain times”, co-hosted with BritCham and the Singapore Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam. The event had 30 attendees.
The event was opened by Van Nguyen, EuroCham Head of Hanoi Office cum External Relation Manager. She delivered a warm welcoming speech to all the participants and the valuable speakers and panelists.

At the event, these senior business leaders discussed current industry trends and challenges. They also highlighted key findings from Decision Lab’s Financial Trends Report 2023. The report shows how Vietnamese consumers have changed their financial priorities and behaviors over the past year of uncertainty, and how they might continue adapting in the next 12 months.
The panelists had a vibrant discussion where they offered valuable perspectives on how to engage and satisfy financial consumers during these uncertain times.
