  • Mr. Trinh is a member of Certified Public Accountants Vietnam (CPA Vietnam) with 20 years of public accounting experience.

  • Mr. Trinh currently spends the most of his time to scale up Assurance practice in Vietnam in addition to his traditional audit service offering, serving as a local engagement partner of global grown and strategic representative clients in Vietnam. He also plays an active role in the firm’s activities of business development, especially in term of IFRS Advisory projects. He is helping his client to do financial integration, IFRS convergence and implementation projects. He is focused on innovation and digital transformation and providing his knowledge and expertise to assist the Leaders in transforming our business practice.

  • Mr. Trinh has hands-on experience in various engagements with corporations across many industry sectors such as manufacturing, retail, wholesale and distribution, and consumer business, as well as State-owned enterprises.

  • Mr. Trinh is also an active member of Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) and a frequent speaker on the topics of Finance and Accounting digital transformation, IFRS compliance in ERP system, and Virtual Finance office solutions as well as a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

  • Ms. Chau has more than 10 years of working experience in Consulting industry and has engaged in many projects to provide services ranging from audits on different accounting frameworks (VAS/ IFRS/ etc.) and jurisdictions, toas Assurance and Non-assurance services related to IFRS adoption, Internal control optimization, Accounting advisory, Post-merger integration and Digital transformation (including IFRS/U.S. GAAP compliance on ERP systems).

  • Ms. Chau is a member of Deloitte Vietnam’s Sustainability advisory team of, regularly conducts training for Association such as VACPA, HKBAV and other clients who have concern about sustainability practice in Vietnam. Ms. Chau obtained Master’s degree in Actuarial Practice, Macquarie University, Australia.

  • Mrs. Tien is a Chartered Public Accountants (CPA Australia) and has more than 8 years working for Big 4 professional service firms across various countries including Australia (5 years), Singapore (3 years) and Vietnam (2 years) with experience in serving Audit and Assurance services to local and multinational companies in the fields of manufacturing, real estates, construction, education, consumer business and health care.

  • Mrs. Tien currently dedicates her time for Accounting Operation and Financial Reporting advisory: prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS; GAAP Analysis report; IFRS conversion report, IFRS implementation and compliance in ERP system; IFRS training, building accounting policies, business processes improvement and digital transformation.
