    Warrick Cleine
    Chairman and CEO & Managing Partner of Deals, Tax and Legal of KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia

    Warrick Cleine has been based in Vietnam for 25 years, and serves on the Asia Pacific Board and Global Council of KPMG.  He is the Chairman and CEO of KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia, and Managing Partner of the firm’s Deals, Tax and Legal practice. KPMG is the leading professional services firm in Vietnam and Cambodia, with 60 partners and 2,000 employees.  The Firm provides Audit, Tax, Legal, Deal Advisory and Management Consulting services from offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Danang and Phnom Penh.In addition to his leadership role at KPMG, Warrick is an Adjunct Industry Professor at RMIT University, in the School of Business and Management; Chairman of the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam; Chairman of the British Corporate Advocacy Council in Vietnam; an advisor to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, and an Honorary Advisor to the Asia New Zealand Foundation. He is recognised as one of South East Asia’s leading corporate advisors and is a speaker and writer on Asia Pacific business, geopolitical and economic affairs, with experience advising both Government and corporates on strategy, corporate governance, trade, taxation, and structuring. Warrick is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CA), and is registered as a CPA in both Vietnam (VACPA) and Cambodia (KICPAA).

    Principal Founder & Managing Partner at Lim-Loges & Masters

    Lelia Lim has been leading C-suite searches across Asia pacific since 1997 and is the principal founder for Lim-Loges & Masters. She spent almost 13 years with Korn/Ferry International in its Global Industrial and Consumer Practices just recently served at Kincannon & Reed, a global recruitment firm, as its Managing Partner Asia Pacific and Board Member (USA).
    Lelia’s particular strengths are in managing transformations in Asian multinational companies through its people and at Lim-Loges & Masters, will focus on bringing in services to help companies through Disruption Management, Executive Search and Transition Management.
    Prior to executive search, Lelia began her career in British Petroleum, holding various commercial responsibilities and later in corporate functions, at Kumpulan Emas Berhad, a listed local company with ASEAN presence.
    Lelia holds an MBA in Finance from Hull University and an undergraduate degree in Law (LLB Hons.) from the London School of Economics & Political Science, United Kingdom. She is a post-graduate from the INSEAD Asian International Executive Programme.
    She is a certified practitioner for Employment Intermediaries (Key Appointment Holder) with EFMA. She is also certified in the Lominger International suite of solutions: Leadership Architect 101, High Potential Masterclass and Development Masterclass. She is fluent in English, Malay and speaks basic Mandarin and German. Lelia is a regular speaker at private and public events.

    Corporate Affairs Director of Heineken Vietnam

    Holly Bostock has been Corporate Affairs Director of HEINEKEN Vietnam since June 2020. She has been with HEINEKEN for 12 years and used to work as Global Communications Manager at HEINEKEN Global office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Corporate Affairs Director at HEINEKEN Myanmar.

    In her current role, Holly is responsible for HEINEKEN’s sustainability, public affairs, and communications strategy in Vietnam. HEINEKEN Vietnam’s sustainability strategy is to “Brew a Better Vietnam”, contributing to HEINEKEN Global’s 2030 ambition including reaching Net Zero impact; building an inclusive, fair, and equitable world; and facilitating moderation and no harmful consumption. HEINEKEN Vietnam aims to achieve 100% Water balance, 100% Renewable energy and Zero waste to landfill by 2025. The company has been recognized in the top 3 most sustainable companies in Vietnam for the last 7 consecutive years, by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
