Talent Assessments Vietnam
In today’s BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear and Incomprehensible) and AI-driven business environment, organizations face growing challenges in retaining talent, building trust, and sustaining performance. As AI reshapes decision-making, workforce dynamics, and employee expectations, traditional leadership approaches may no longer be sufficient. To address these challenges, EuroCham Vietnam, in collaboration with Talent Assessments Vietnam (TAV), organizes a Breakfast Talk under the theme: “Rethinking Leadership in a BANI World: Driving High-Performance Teams for Sustainable Business Growth”.
This executive session brings together Allison Howell, CEO of Hogan Assessments, and Krista Pederson, Managing Director of Hogan Assessments, APAC, to explore one of the most pressing questions facing organizations today:
WHAT DOES EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP LOOK LIKE IN THE BANI AND AI ERA?
Drawing on global research, leadership science, and personality insights, this session will examine how organizations can identify, develop, and support leaders who build trust, inspire engagement, and lead successfully through transformation.
Participants will gain insights into:
• Why trust has become the foundation of effective leadership in uncertain times.
• The gap between qualities that drive promotions and those employees truly value in leaders.
• How leadership expectations are evolving in the AI era.
• Global best practices for developing leaders who foster trust, inclusion, accountability, and performance.
• How personality insights can help leaders coach, empower, and maximize team potential.
• Practical strategies to strengthen leadership pipelines, enhance employee engagement, and build resilient organizations.
Whether you are a CEO, business leader, or HRD, this session will provide strategic insights and practical solutions to redefine leadership for a rapidly changing world.
