Bruno SivanandanCo-Chairman of EuroCham's Digital Sector Committee
From a computer engineering background, Bruno worked in the OCR technologies (ITESOFT) before moving to international project management for TECHNIP, implementing ITESOFT solution in France, Scotland, Malaysia, Australia and the US (2015 – 2016). From this point, he rose to consulting at director level for THALES (2016 – 2017), issuing a roadmap for ITIL and ISO27001 compliance, with a focus on the CMDB and quality. After this experience, he joined the firm WEAVE (2018-2020) – Now ONEPOINT – for two more missions as an enterprise architect. Bruno worked for CHANEL, focusing on the IS data architecture. In Vietnam since 2019, he worked for various clients through his consulting business, including EUROCHAM, OLMIX, CREDIFY, DIROX, DRCOM, DAVENSI, among others.
In parallel, he grew a keen interest in the advocacy conducted by Eurocham, particularly as Vietnam is rolling out their regulation on the Digital economy. Participating in shaping this framework is important to build an adequate business environment to foster the collaboration between Vietnam and Europe.

Ngo Minh Quan is Chief of Digital Officer in Rikkeisoft and Top 10 young Vietnamese technology leaders in 2021. He helps Rikkeisoft set and execute digital initiatives that will monetize data, drive digital revenue, optimize operations and create new business value. In addition to technical know-how and familiarity with advanced technologies, he has the business mindset and extensive management experience to drive the enormous task of digital innovation, strategy and transformation companywide.
He also is CEO of Rikkei Digital, which is a subsidiary of Rikkeisoft to focus on consulting and developing digital transformation solutions, such as Digital Workplace, Digital ID, Digital Platform.

In this role, Daniel’s responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, optimizing commercial models, and fostering partnerships to strengthen Merck’s presence in the country. With a deep understanding of healthcare trends and market dynamics, Daniel plays a pivotal role in shaping Merck Vietnam’s strategic direction, driving innovation, and ensuring sustainable business success. Beyond corporate leadership, Daniel is also passionate about education and knowledge-sharing. As a part-time lecturer in management and business, Daniel provides industry insights and expertise to aspiring university students, helping bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application
