  Stephan Krutå is a security and crisis management expert specializing in operational security, risk mitigation, and crisis preparedness. He has advised multinational corporations, government agencies, and high-security institutions on building resilience against evolving threats.
  Before founding Stema Risk Management, Stephan was a senior security advisor for the MUNCH museum in Norway, overseeing one of the country’s largest security contracts. He played a key role in developing security and crisis management frameworks, integrating F24 crisis management solutions, and advising leadership teams on decision-making in complex environments.
  A former officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces, Stephan held leadership roles, from squad leader reconnaissance to platoon commander for base security. He also served as a briefing officer and instructor at the Norwegian military SERE School, specializing in human psychology, kidnapping, terrorism and travel security. His work with NATO forces earned him the “Coin of Excellence” from the International Special Training Center in Germany.
  Stephan provides strategic guidance on security risk management and crisis preparedness, helping organizations develop policies, directives, and training frameworks.
  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Security Management from BI Norwegian Business School and multiple certifications in security and crisis management.

  Ruben Hoornveld is a crisis management expert with over 30 years of experience in crisis response, security operations, and crisis communications. He has managed complex crises, including terrorist attacks, natural disasters, large-scale evacuations and extortion across 35 countries. Ruben has held executive security roles, leading risk mitigation efforts for multinational organizations and government agencies, with extensive experience in high-risk regions. He has developed crisis response frameworks and trained teams to navigate complex situations effectively.
  Currently, Ruben is the Director of Fortis Advisory where he works as a crisis management consultant and trainer, specializing in kidnap response, ransomware negotiations, and crisis preparedness. He advises organizations on strategic risk management, conducts training exercises, and develops crisis management policies. Ruben holds multiple certifications in crisis management, kidnap-for-ransom response, and crisis communications. His expertise and results-driven approach make him a trusted advisor in high stakes situations.

  Tin T. Nguyen currently serves as the Director of Automotive Cybersecurity Services at VinCSS specializing in developing the cybersecurity systems for automotive OEMs and suppliers. Previously, Tin served as the CEO of a Vietnam & Singapore based cybersecurity company, as well as serving as the Vice President of Operations for a Singapore based Digital Forensics and Incident Response firm. Tin also currently serves as a guest lecturer and mentor at RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) in their School of Science, Engineering, and Technology.

  Prior to moving to Vietnam, Tin served as a Special Agent with the FBI in Los Angeles, California, USA and was an Infantry Officer in the US Marine Corps with three combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He holds numerous GIAC, cloud, and auditing certifications, and is a certified Advanced Engineering Automotive Cybersecurity Professional. Tin received an undergraduate degree from the Citadel in Criminal Justice as well as the SANS Technology Institute undergraduate certification in Applied Cybersecurity. He received his Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Georgetown University.
