As businesses in Vietnam scale in size, complexity, and ambition, financial leadership faces a pressing question: Are our treasury practices falling short—inefficient, fragmented, and missing untapped opportunities?
As costs rise, risks evolve, and digital transformation reshapes finance, treasury management is no longer a back-office function — it’s a strategic priority.
In this business luncheon, EuroCham Vietnam, together with senior finance leaders from Bosch, Pilon and PwC Vietnam, explores how effective treasury management can unlock new value for large/medium sized and fast-growing corporations in Vietnam. Drawing on real-world case studies and tested frameworks, we will take a closer look at why some treasury models are costing organisations more than they realise—and what can be done about it.
What we’ll examine together:
• Breaking Silos, Building Efficiency: How much time and money are lost when each business unit runs its own treasury function—and what does a leaner model look like?
• Turning Surplus into Strength: Why surplus cash sitting idle is a missed opportunity, and how central oversight can improve returns.
• Seeing the Full Picture: How transparency in cash positions and liabilities across entities can reduce risks and strengthen decision-making.
• Cutting Costs Without Cutting Corners: What kind of operational savings are possible when treasury activities are streamlined across the group?
• Treasury as a Competitive Edge: How finance leaders can transform treasury from a support role into a driver of resilience, agility, and strategic growth.
As your business grows, your treasury model should grow with it. This session is designed to help you ask: Are we managing cash—or leading with it?
