Vietnam’s tourism sector is experiencing rapid growth, targeting 8.3 – 8.5% of GDP by 2025, supported by government initiatives and improved international connectivity. Enhanced flight routes from major carriers like Emirates, combined with infrastructure investments, have made Vietnam increasingly accessible to global travelers. This momentum has attracted significant hospitality investments interest, positioning Vietnam as a strong competitor to Thailand in Southeast Asian tourism.
In this business luncheon, EuroCham Vietnam, together with JLL and DN Legal, will explore the latest trends in the hospitality industry and hotel investment, as well as the various legal aspects to consider.
What we’ll examine together:
• How the rise of Vietnam as a key tourism destination in Southeast Asia enhances the hotel sector’s resilience and fuels developments in key markets.
• Trends in hotel investment volumes: How does Vietnam’s hotel investment volume compare to that of neighbouring countries?
• What to expect in 2026 and beyond, especially with the provincial restructuring?
• What legal aspects to consider when you want to develop, manage, buy or sell a hotel in Vietnam?
