Vietnam enters 2026 at a pivotal moment with an ambitious growth target of 10% among global and regional tensions. For business leaders, the key question is no longer whether Vietnam will grow, but how ambitious growth can be achieved sustainably, and what policy signals will shape the operating environment in 2026.

    Director, Division for General Economic Issues and Integration Studies, Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies

    Mr. NGUYEN Anh Duong holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Economics, both from the Australian National University (Australia). He was the Director of the Department for General Economic Issues and Integration Studies, Central Institute for Economic Management (CIEM) until February 2025, and became the Head of the Division for General Economic Issues and Integration Studies, Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (renamed from CIEM) since March 2025. Mr. Nguyen has various important research papers and policy recommendations on economic integration, structural reform, supply chain finance, digital economy and green growth.
    Mr. Nguyen has extensive cooperation under APEC and ASEAN framework. He represents Viet Nam at the Economic Committee of APEC during 2012-2024. Since 2019, Mr. Nguyen represents CIEM at the ASEAN+6 Regional Institute Network (RIN), coordinated by Bangkok Research Center, IDE-JETRO.

    Nam Dinh is Principal, Head of Business Development & Commercial at SLP. He is responsible for business development for land sourcing and project acquisition and overseeing leasing activities to maximize occupancy and revenue generation for SLP’s assets.
    Prior to joining SLP, Nam worked for BW Industrial as Senior Business Development Manager and had experiences working in BIDV. He has various of experiences working in business development, project management and external affairs.
    Nam holds a MSC of Banking and Finance from University of Sussex – Brighton, UK and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from RMIT Vietnam.

    Matt specializes in significant development projects providing consultancy, agency and strategic advice across both the residential, hospital and commercial sectors; and working with investors for commercial and residential investment transactions.

    Matt is the head of the Hanoi office at Savills Vietnam, covering the North and Central regions. He joined Savills in 2004 to head the Office Agency team in Hanoi. Matt became a Director of Savills Vietnam in 2009 after setting up the Residential Development Sales business from 2007. He now oversees Hanoi operations comprising over 500 people across all consultancy, agency, property management and investment business lines.

    Mr. Duy Pham is an esteemed expert with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently, he serves as the Head of Infrastructure Sector, where he leads Techcombank’s strategic engagement with large-scale infrastructure, energy, telecom, logistics & industrial projects of national importance. Recognized for his rigorous analytical approach and deep sector understanding, Mr. Duy is a trusted partner to clients navigating scale, complexity and long-term value creation.

    Le Thi Kieu Nga is a founding partner of KPMG in Vietnam and one of the firm’s youngest female partners, joining the Tax practice in 2002. With deep expertise in tax advisory, she has led teams supporting clients on tax planning, investment structuring, M&A, due diligence, corporate restructurings, and complex tax audits and investigations.

    She has been involved and led a tax team in advising clients on tax, investment and regulatory issues, including tax due-diligence, mergers and acquisition, divestments and corporate restructures, and investigations and audits by the local tax authority. She has also represented clients in negotiations with the local tax authorities on resolving the tax disputes by petitions to the central tax authorities and ministry level for favorable and practical guidance.

    Nga has extensive experiences in refinery industry, ranging from taxation advice on financing structure, providing tax planning advice on corporate strategies and structures, reviewing various agreements to identify tax issues and recommend the best optimal tax structure, providing various advices on tax incentives, and liaising with the policy makers on the Government directions with regard to various tax and incentives issues.

    Nga was the tax engagement partner of the tax audit support services of various Vietnamese corporations and foreign companies in different industries, such as securities, banking, insurance, management fund, technology, commercial products, industrial products, e-commerce, logistics, manufacturing, garment, retail sector, etc.
