The glass ceiling might be invisible but it’s still real. As AI continues to evolve and shape the world of work let’s discuss how it is likely to impact women particularly. The pandemic added decades to the target date for closing the global gender pay gap. What about AI – will it help or hinder our progress to equality?

The roundtable aims to create a platform for an open and honest discussion around the topic of glass ceilings in the era of ChatGPT. Participants can expect to gain insights into the challenges that women face in the workplace and learn strategies for overcoming these
obstacles. The roundtable will also explore the role of AI in promoting diversity and inclusion and highlight the importance of education and training in creating a more inclusive workplace. Overall, the roundtable hopes to inspire action towards creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace for all.
