Prolonged inflation, fears of a recession, mass layoffs and more all made for a rocky labor market in 2023 in the world and it also affected the Vietnamese labor market. But it may stabilize further in 2024 as many businesses have new orders, expand business, key projects start to come into operation. Since then, recruitment demand has gradually improved again.
