  ● Currently, she is the Vice President Operations at ASSA ABLOY, where she oversees the operations of manufacturing sites in Vietnam. She is passionate about people development, lean manufacturing, and sustainability, and she leverages her strategic planning and problem-solving skills to achieve year-over-year improvements in productivity and business performance. Her mission is to create a safe and positive working culture that fosters employee engagement and inclusion, and supports the company’s vision and values.

  ● As a Regional Director of Navigos Search, Lan is responsible for leading a team of of 80 people including 2 Associate Director, 10 managers & leaders and more than 60 recruitment consultants to assist a variety of key clients such as multinational banks, securities, insurance, audit firms, manufacturing, trading, FMCG, NGO, Pharma & Medical devices and large-scaled local corporations in Vietnam in hiring talents from mid to executive levels across a wide range of functions in Professional and Financial sectors. Together with her teams, she represents clients to identify and attract the best talents, provides HR solutions to support them delivering their business objectives. With desire of providing more recruitment solutions for our clients, she is in charge of building a new business model for Navigos and successfully leading RPO team with 2 team leaders and 10 team members.
