In Resolution No. 13/NQ-CP issued on February 7, it is revealed that the content of the draft decree on Personal Data Protection has been approved and the draft itself is ready to be presented to the National Assembly Standing Committee for appraisal comments. This indicates that the issuance date of this Personal Data Protection Decree is not so far ahead.
