The South-East Asia, China and Latin America IPR SME Helpdesks hold their third Annual Stakeholder Meeting in Brussels on the 31st of January 2018. Valentina Salmoiraghi and Nora Bihari joined on behalf of EuroCham Vietnam to report on regional activities in South-East Asia and moderate expert sessions on Tech Transfer.
The event included a live case-study session with SMEs who received first line advice from the helpdesks, training on the role of IP in a Technology Transfer strategy when going international and an interactive panel on Enforcement Strategies and Future Trends.
Nearly 100 participants joined the event including attendees via simultaneous web streaming from the regions of Southeast Asia and Latin America. The meeting was a key opportunity to have companies and partners comment on the services of the Helpdesks and join discussions on what can be done towards its continuous improvement in terms of support to businesses to internationalise and collaboration with partner organisations and experts.
