[HCMC] GEFE Project Officer

EuroCham Vietnam is currently looking for GEFE Project Officer, based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Main Duties and Key Performance Indicators:

• Support with post-sale exhibition delivery (exhibitor onboarding – companies, government bodies, as well as country pavilions, booth requirements and set-up, floor plan mapping, venue coordination, exhibitor directory coordination, set-up and dismantling, exhibitor surveys, etc.);
• Supervise official and secondary contractors;
• Oversee logistics for on-site service providers pre, during and post event (event venue teams, F&B, security, medical assistance, recycling solutions, in-kind partners, telemarketing, street banners, etc.);
• Assist the Project Manager in other daily project management activities in close collaboration with EuroCham teams and partner organisations;
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders;
• Develop and manage timelines, ensuring all milestones are met;
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation measures proactively.
