[HCMC] GEFE Senior Project Officer

EuroCham Vietnam is currently looking for GEFE Senior Project Officer, based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Main Duties and Key Performance Indicators:

• Oversee the end-to-end exhibition process, from booth sales and exhibitor onboarding to post-sale delivery, in close collaboration with the GEFE Project Officer;
• Oversee the end-to-end sponsorship process, from prospecting and sales to partner management and delivery of agreed benefits;
• Lead the coordination of the GEFE Forum Programme and serve as the central liaison point across all involved EuroCham departments;
• Support the execution of GEFE 2027 communications, including the development of key messaging, narratives and designs, in line with established communication and visual guidelines;
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, including Business Associations, EU Member-State Embassies, etc;
• Develop and manage timelines, ensuring all milestones are met;
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation measures proactively;
• Work closely with the GEFE Project Manager and EuroCham teams.
