Mekong Sustain and EuroCham Explored Collaboration Opportunities

On 23 July 2025, EuroCham’s Green Growth Sector Committee (GGSC) Vice-Chairs, Ms. Duyen Do and Mr. Jonathan Sourintha, welcomed Mr. Jason Tan, Project Manager of the Mekong Sustainable Supply Chains Project (“Mekong Sustain”), to EuroCham’s office in Ho Chi Minh City.

As a project by the Mekong Institute, Mekong Sustain aims to strengthen sustainability capabilities among SMEs across the Mekong region, with a particular focus on energy efficiency and decarbonisation.

During the meeting, Mr. Tan shared the project’s vision and emphasised the critical role of ESG practices for SMEs in various sectors, including agriculture, an area well aligned with GGSC’s strategic priorities. The productive discussion opened promising avenues for collaboration between Mekong Sustain and EuroCham’s GGSC to advance sustainable practices in Vietnam.
