Membership and Corporate Partnership fees now deductible for CIT and PIT
EuroCham is pleased to announce that the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department has confirmed Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and Personal Income Tax (PIT) exemption for EuroCham membership fees and corporate partnership fees paid to EuroCham. Please note that this announcement pertains EuroCham direct members and corporate partners only. EuroCham has employed its best efforts in clarifying this for its members and welcomed the confirmation letter from the authorities.
In regards to corporate partnership fees, please mention “special membership fee” for accounting purposes.
