Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs is calling for comments on the Draft Decree on foreign workers in Vietnam and report to the Government on the Draft Decree
Regarding drafting legislative documents guiding the laws adopted at 8th session of the National Assembly last year, Ministry of Labour – Invalids and Social Affairs has drafted a Decree to be issued by the Government on foreign workers in Vietnam. This Decree is expected to replace Decree 11/2016/ND-CP on implementing a number of articles of the Labour Code regarding foreign workers in Vietnam.
