PwC sharing sessions on Circular 41 and Circular 38

On 22 June 2017, the Ministry of Finance released Transfer Pricing (“TP”) Circular No. 41/2017/TT-BTC (“Circular 41”), which took effect from 1 May 2017. Circular 41 provides further guidance on new TP compliance requirements stipulated in Decree 20/2017/ND-CP, including:

-Comparability analysis;

-TP Methods;

-TP Declaration Forms.

A series of sharing sessions will be organised by PwC to summarize the key changes –with focus on the TP Declaration forms. PwC will share insights to help companies adapt and comply with these changes.

On 23 June 2017, the Ministry of Finance released draft Circular amending and supplementing the Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC (Circular 38) providing on customs procedures, customs supervision and inspection, export tax, import tax, and tax administration applied to exported and imported goods, including customs procedures related to:

– Customs dossiers

– Valuation

– HS classification

– Inventory finalization report for export production

A series of sharing sessions will be organised in Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Binh Duong to summarize the key changes – with focus on the customs procedures. PwC will share insights to help companies adapt and comply with these changes.
