Shipping & Delivery Information

  • For most events, physical tickets are not issued. E-tickets (confirmation emails) will be sent to the registered email address 1–3 days before the event day. Participants can check-in using their registered information.

 

  • For events using physical tickets, delivery details will be communicated separately via email.

 

  • If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours before the event, please contact our support team.
