He emphasized MDDSC’s long-standing commitment to driving positive change in Vietnam’s healthcare landscape through engagement with stakeholders across the public and private sectors. Mr. Minko also acknowledged the successful prior collaborations between MDDSC and IMDA throughout the pandemic, including medical donations and regulatory enhancements.

The proposed three-year cooperation plan focuses on several key initiatives:

  6. Medical Equipment Identification System

“MDDSC is honored to collaborate with IMDA in this transformative journey towards a more advanced and accessible healthcare system in Vietnam,” said Mr. Minko.

The EuroCham Medical Devices and Diagnostics Sector Committee was established in 2016 to represent the international industry in Vietnam. Its vision is to enable timely access to high-quality healthcare for all Vietnamese citizens through cooperation, innovation, and policy development.
