EuroCham is seeeking a supplier of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Auditing Services. The objective is to provide an easily accessible certification to EuroCham members at a reduced price, with the issue of a "EuroCham-Supplier"-branded Certificate.

CALL FOR PROPOSALS
PURPOSE:
EuroCham is currently seeking a supplier of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Auditing services. The purpose is to provide EuroCham Members with a financially accessible and officially certified service, which can:
1. Propose changes to business operations based on expert analysis
2. Certify companies as CSR-compliant for their own benefit, that of their brands and society at large
3. Issue a EuroCham-Supplier branded certificate with the same value of any certified auditing service
4. Promote CSR auditing and certification as a fundamental element in the operations of any company operating in Vietnam
5. Raise awareness regarding the ease and fluidity of a CSR auditing exercise by facilitating a company’s experience through to the process
FORMAT OF THE SERVICE:
The applicant companies should be prepared to conduct auditing services in the following areas:
• Labour Conditions and Social Inclusion (nature of association, working hours, wages, health and safety, ongoing training policies, gender equality and equal pay, other conditions)
• Office well-being and healthy workspace
• Environmental Impact (operations’ footprint in general, plastic waste, sustainability policies).
• Legal Compliance and Management system.
These areas are for reference only. Applicants are welcome to submit proposals which they believe cover these areas.
EuroCham will market the service directly to its Members with no participation of the supplying company, which will provide the service upon request. After a service agreement is signed, the company will work directly with the members.
ELIGIBILITY:
All companies that offer CSR auditing services and are in possession of internationally recognized certificated to provide such services – along the abovementioned lines of action – are welcome to apply. Applicants must be in possession of an internationally recognized certificate as CSR and/or quality assurance, issued by and international or national body. EuroCham Vietnam reserves the right to enquire and decide on the value of certifications that may raise the need for further scrutiny.

• Proposal for the service (including name of certificate to be issues which must include the words “EuroCham Vietnam)
• Quotation
• Format or Sample of the report and certificate issues to prospective successful audited companies
• Cover Letter

SELECTION PROCEDURE:
The proposals will be analysed by designated members of the EuroCham Executive Committee based on a set of criteria established internally. These may include accessibilty, track record, price, among other.
Results will be issued on: 15 August 2018
