Denis Brunetti Resignation and Appreciation Letter

Dear EuroCham Members, Friends from Business Associations and Sector Committees,

I have decided, after much consideration in the context of my extensive work activities across various markets in the region, to conclude my tenure as EuroCham Co-Chairman and Member of the Executive Committee on the 31st of March 2019.

Over the last 12 months, I have had the chance to be part of some amazing activities at EuroCham, including our 20th anniversary Gala Dinner, two editions of our Whitebook, and countless events across the length and breadth of Vietnam, including “Meet Europe 2018” – one of the largest gatherings of business leaders and Government officials I can remember. I am also proud that, during this time, our Chamber reached over one thousand members.

As a past Co-Chairman, I am proud to be recognized as an Honorary Chairman moving forward, and in this capacity I would be honored to share my expertise on ICT related matters pertaining to Smart Cities, 5G IoT, Start Up Innovation, Industry Digitalization (Industry 4.0) and eGovernment opportunities as required and where time permits.

I’m grateful for – and truly value – the partnership that I have shared with my Co-Chair Nicolas Audier, as well as the friendships I have gained across the broader EuroCham family. I have very much enjoyed working with you all in helping to shape the narrative and national agenda as it pertains to the 4th Industrial Revolution, Smart Cities, Digitalisation and Start-up Innovation in Vietnam. Indeed, I am proud that we have made a significant impact in elevating EuroCham’s relevance in the national conversation on these issues.

I sincerely thank you all for your kind support, and I wish you all the best as  you continue to drive improved trade and investment relations between the EU and Vietnam, driving increased socioeconomic inclusiveness and development opportunities for all. As Honorary Chairman, I look forward to sharing in the continued journey with you.

Yours Sincerely,

Denis Brunetti
