EuroCham Vietnam and Enterprise Ireland Explore Collaboration Opportunities

On December 6, 2024, EuroCham Vietnam’s Executive Director Delphine Rousselet hosted a meeting with Enterprise Ireland‘s ASEAN Director Kevin Ryan and Vietnam Senior Market Advisor Thuy Anh Le to explore future collaborations.

In the context of growing bilateral relations between Ireland and Vietnam following Vietnam’s Party General Secretary and President To Lam’s State Visit in October 2024 and the shared focus on sustainable development between the two countries, Enterprise Ireland and EuroCham Vietnam seek to cooperate in green growth initiatives, advocacy, and business market exploration.

Discussing Collaboration at GEF and GEFE

As EuroCham Vietnam’s flagship event, the Green Economy Forum (GEF) and Green Economy Forum and Exhibition (GEFE) foster meaningful B2G and B2B discussions to accelerate sustainable growth in Vietnam. With Ireland being the pioneer in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), Irish representation at these events promises innovative and practical insights that can drive Vietnam’s green economic growth while supporting Irish businesses’ success in the Vietnamese market.

Enhancing Advocacy Support

EuroCham Vietnam is pleased to welcome Enterprise Ireland to join some of our 20 active Sector Committees. With their expertise in the Irish business landscape and the diverse sectors that they support, Enterprise Ireland’s participation will strengthen EuroCham Vietnam’s advocacy initiatives.

Sharing Market Insights

In the meeting, EuroCham Vietnam also committed to support Enterprise Ireland with presenting Vietnam market insights to future visiting Irish delegation of businesses.

Together, we aim to bridge European businesses with Vietnam’s dynamic market, advancing sustainable economic growth and creating shared opportunities.
