On Thursday, 9 May 2024, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) launched the 2023 Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) and Provincial Green Index (PGI) reports at the Hanoi Opera House. These rankings, created in collaboration with USAID, assess Vietnam’s provinces on their regulatory and business environment, reform initiatives, and challenges.
The northern province of Quang Ninh led both indices in 2023, maintaining its six-year streak as the top PCI performer.
