[Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper] Regain growth momentum in agricultural trade between Vietnam and Europe
On May 12th, Vietnam Agriculture Newspaper published a video report titled: “Regain growth momentum in agricultural trade between Vietnam and Europe“.
This video report details the meeting that took place between EuroCham and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD) on May 12.
During the meeting, MARD, EuroCham and Dputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam discussed:
- The Tay Ninh Business connection forum scheduled for June 2.
- Future collaborations between EuroCham and MARD to promote agricultural products, exchange expertise, and provide high-tech agriculture education.

[VN Economy] Attracting FDI: Vietnam needs to change its mindset in the global “game”
VN Economy published the 10th of May an article titled “Attracting FDI: Vietnam needs to change its mindset in the global “game“”.
In the article they use Vietnam’s business environment index published in EuroCham’s Business Climate Index (BCI) index:
“At the seminar titled ‘Investment and International Trade in a Volatile World: What Should Businesses Do?’ recently organized by the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC), Mr. Minh Nguyen Hai, Vice Chairman of EuroCham Vietnam, highlighted the findings of EuroCham’s Business Climate Index survey. The survey revealed a significant decline in Vietnam’s business environment index, plummeting from 73 points in the first quarter of this year to a mere 48 points by the fourth quarter of 2022.”
