On 11 December, the EuroCham Construction Sector Committee (CSC) and the Saigon Construction & Building Material Association (SACA) will sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation and advance sustainable construction practices in Vietnam. This partnership is set to drive collaborative initiatives, share expertise, and address key challenges in the industry, supporting Vietnam’s growth and urban development.

This session will explore trends and the demand for affordable housing, with a focus on whether it could be a valuable addition to new developments. We will also look at Singapore’s Housing & Development Board (HDB) as a case study, showcasing a proven social housing model in place since the 1960s.
