Warrick Cleine MBEChairman & CEO of KPMG in Vietnam & CambodiaWarrick Cleine MBE is the Chairman and CEO of KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia, serving on KPMG’s Asia Pacific Board and Global Council. He is also Chairman of the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam and the British Corporate Advocacy Council, and an advisor to New Zealand Trade & Enterprise and the Asia New Zealand Foundation. Widely regarded as one of Southeast Asia’s leading corporate advisors, he is a distinguished speaker and writer on Asia-Pacific business, geopolitical and economic affairs, bringing extensive experience in advising governments and corporations on strategy, corporate governance, trade, taxation and structuring. In recognition of his contributions to British trade and investment in Vietnam, Warrick was appointed an Ordinary Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by King Charles III. He previously led KPMG Asia Pacific Tax & Legal and the Global High Growth Markets practice, and is a CA/CPA in Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

She has deep expertise across statutory and international audits for local and multinational clients, and later transitioned into consulting to lead complex business transformation programs. As the leader of the Private Business Practice, Hao advises fast-growing companies on strategy, organizational design, process improvement, systems, and professional management development. She has guided one of Vietnam’s largest real estate developers through its transition from a private to a listed company, coordinating a 40-member team from KPMG in Vietnam and KPMG Global.
