As domestic enterprises and foreign investors navigate this new landscape, the need for clarity, strategic positioning, and partnership has never been greater.

    Born in Antwerp, Bart graduated from the University of Antwerp with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Post Graduate in International Politics.
    He moved to China early 2003 and from China to Vietnam in January 2007 to serve on the Board of METRO Cash & Carry as Procurement Director Food and Own Brands and vice-President of the METRO Group.
    In 2012 Bart joined the company he currently works for MEDiCARE Vietnam as Commercial Director and Board member.
    Bart has been Chairman of the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam from 2019 till early 2025 and is currently on the Board of EuroCham as Delegate on behalf of BeLuxCham.

    Chairman & CEO of KPMG in Vietnam & Cambodia

    Warrick Cleine MBE is the Chairman and CEO of KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia, serving on KPMG’s Asia Pacific Board and Global Council. He is also Chairman of the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam and the British Corporate Advocacy Council, and an advisor to New Zealand Trade & Enterprise and the Asia New Zealand Foundation. Widely regarded as one of Southeast Asia’s leading corporate advisors, he is a distinguished speaker and writer on Asia-Pacific business, geopolitical and economic affairs, bringing extensive experience in advising governments and corporations on strategy, corporate governance, trade, taxation and structuring. In recognition of his contributions to British trade and investment in Vietnam, Warrick was appointed an Ordinary Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by King Charles III. He previously led KPMG Asia Pacific Tax & Legal and the Global High Growth Markets practice, and is a CA/CPA in Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, and Cambodia.

Ms. Omi Dang is known as the author of the book “Right to Win – The “Gateway to Success” of Vietnamese Agriculture: How AgriS and Betrimex Join the Global Supply Chain” which was officially launched in September 2025.

    Mr. Minh Khoa is the Vice Chairman of DUYTAN Recycling, a family-owned business with a legacy of over 38 years as Vietnam’s top plastic brand. In 2019, the Tran family launched a bold mission to tackle Vietnam’s plastic waste crisis, pioneering the country’s first “bottle-to-bottle” recycling technology. Doubling production annually since 2020, DUYTAN Recycling harnesses innovation and sustainability to deliver scalable solutions for a cleaner future. Before joining DUYTAN Recycling, Khoa spent 19 years in the U.S., earning a BA from Georgetown University and a JD from UCLA School of Law and practicing at premier law firms in California. Today, as a second-generation family business operator, he guides DUYTAN Recycling toward becoming a top recycling business in Southeast Asia, while committed to building a greener, more beautiful Vietnam and supporting global circular economy goals.

    Lam Thi Ngoc Hao is a Partner, Head of Business Transformation, and Head of Clients & Markets at KPMG in Vietnam, with more than 27 years of professional experience. She has deep expertise across statutory and international audits for local and multinational clients, and later transitioned into consulting to lead complex business transformation programs. As the leader of the Private Business Practice, Hao advises fast-growing companies on strategy, organizational design, process improvement, systems, and professional management development. She has guided one of Vietnam’s largest real estate developers through its transition from a private to a listed company, coordinating a 40-member team from KPMG in Vietnam and KPMG Global. Hao also leads initiatives in operations excellence, supply chain, IT implementation, restructuring, and financial management

    Based in Ho Chi Minh City for the past 8 years, he;s the Managing Director of MDelta, a professional services firm supporting international clients with market entry, go-to-market strategy, partner search, sourcing, and outsourcing — with a strong focus on the food and consumer sectors.

    His background combines strategic intelligence and operational execution, giving me the ability to identify opportunities, manage risks, and build trusted partnerships across Vietnam & Southeast Asia. I’ve worked extensively in International Trade and Local distribution, helping companies grow sustainably in complex and fast-changing markets.

    He currently serves as Co-Chair of the EuroCham Vietnam Food, Agriculture and Aquaculture Business Sector Committee, where I support greater collaboration between European and Vietnamese stakeholders in the agri-food space.
