  Ghislaine Dondellinger (Ph.D. Pharmacy – University Louis Pasteur Strasbourg, France) is an accomplished leader in pharmaceutical industry with solid expertise in Healthcare Business Strategy and Operations.
  Ghislaine began her career as a pharmaceutical representative in Boiron – France and rapidly has been promoted to different roles and strategic positions in commercial and country business leadership, including General Manager role in Russia. She then moved to Alcon, where she led the North & West African cluster.
  Ghislaine joined Merck in 2014 as General Manager of CIS countries, where she established a strong busniess growth footprint. Just after, she took over Commercial Excellence and Business Strategy for Russia & CIS, where she successfully drove manufacturing localization projects and established a strong foundation of commercial excellence and digital customer engagement in Russia & CIS.
  She joined Merck HQ-Darmstadt in 2019 as the Global Brand Planning and Process Optimization lead and has been able to drive deep transformation of key internal processes like Brand Planning and Global Congresses Realization.
  In February 2022, Ghislaine added to her scope of responsibilities, Commercial Excellence activities, including operationalization across regions of omnichannel customer engagement models and creation of harmonized innovative digital customer engagement ecosystem, enabling impactful commercial execution.
  Since January 2024, Ghislaine has been taking over the Managing Director position at Merck Healthcare Vietnam Ltd. With her Leadership team, Ghislaine is committed “As One For Patients” to bring the best treatment solutions to patients in Vietnam in different therapeutic areas, such as: Cardiometabolic, Diabetes, Thyroid dysfunctions, Fertility, Growth Hormones, Oncology, Neurology and Immunology.

  Having lived in Australia, UK, and across several countries in Asia, Uyen settled in Vietnam over a decade ago. Daily adventures and different cultures inspire her creative endeavours and approach to life. Her IVF experience was profound and complex, and ultimately carthartic and moving. As many independent modern women do, she found herself invested in travel and her Career, but at 40, she wanted a child. After several challenges exploring different avenues of fostering & adoption, she ultimately found success with international IVF.

  Mimi Vu brings over 20 years of nonprofit experience in communications, policy, fundraising, program development, CSR, research, and advocacy across leading organizations such as Pacific Links Foundation, VinaCapital Foundation, International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, and East Meets West Foundation.
  Her expertise spans gender equality, public health, corporate social responsibility, and building public-private partnerships. Mimi has extensive experience working with diverse stakeholders, from local communities to international institutions, to drive systemic change.
  In the context of IVF and gender equality, Mimi provides a unique perspective on how reproductive health intersects with social equity, women’s rights, and access to healthcare. Her background in advocacy and public health enables her to shed light on the broader implications of IVF policies, particularly in ensuring equitable access and addressing gender dynamics within corporate and social frameworks.

  Mr. Phuc Nguyen is a Partner with KPMG in Vietnam and leads the Customer & Operations consulting practice.
  With over 20 years of industry and consulting experience in Netherlands and Vietnam and serving numerous clients across different industries, Phuc has helped clients to improve their business through strategic transformational projects as well as projects to increase operational efficiency.
  Phuc’s area of expertise include: Program management, Supply Chain Management, Process Improvement, Cost optimization, Strategy facilitation and Operating model design.
  Phuc holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Tilburg University in the Netherlands with a major in Logistics Management and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (APICS).
  He is also engaged in the paternity leave policies in Vietnam and the Netherlands, highlighting their implications for workplace culture and gender equality.

  Doctor Hồ Mạnh Tường has decades of experience in infertility treatment, particularly in complex IVF cases. Since 1997, Dr. Hồ Mạnh Tường has been among the doctors performing the very first IVF procedures in Vietnam. Today, with nearly 30 years of experience in reproductive medicine, he is also recognized as a pioneer in applying advanced IVF techniques in the country. Moreover, he is a frequent speaker at both national and international scientific conferences, where he shares his expertise in IVF and assisted reproduction.
