The global business landscape is undergoing a significant transformation, with the China+1 strategy playing a major role. This strategy sees companies seeking to diversify their production bases beyond China. As a result, Vietnam has emerged as a prime destination for investment, presenting both opportunities and challenges for those considering doing business there. Joining EuroCham’s upcoming event on Tuesday, 11 June 2024 to get a thorough understanding on “How does China+1 Policy affect doing business in Viet Nam?”.

Online: Free of charge for Members; 300,000 VND/pax for non-members (not limit)
Offline: 300,000 VND/pax for Members; 500,000 VND/pax for non-members (first come, first serve for 20 people who registered and paid because of the limitation of seats)
Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the event otherwise full charge fee will be applied.

Mr. Nguyen Anh DuongDirector, Department for General Economic Issues and Integration Studies, CIEMDuong joined CIEM in 2004. He has various important research papers and policy recommendations to the government of Vietnam on FTAs, macroeconomic policy, digital economy and circular economy. Duong has extensive cooperation under APEC and ASEAN frameworks. He led the APEC Economic Committee Team to develop the Enhanced APEC Agenda for Structural Reform 2021-2025. He has been leading the implementation of Viet Nam’s action plan for structural reform under APEC since 2011. Since 2019, he represents CIEM at the ASEAN+6 Regional Institute Network (RIN), coordinated by Bangkok Research Center, IDE-JETRO.
