EuroCham invites you to join this 3-hour workshop, designed for HR managers and first-time managers in their first 1-3 years, especially in SMEs.
Participants will gain essential skills to excel in their leadership roles. Through interactive exercises, real-world case studies, proven methods, and practical tools, managers will learn how to shift from “doing the work” to “leading the people,” build credibility and trust while managing former teammates, communicate with clarity, confidence, and empathy, and delegate effectively to coach others to grow.
